Job Purpose To supervise and support day-to-day production activities, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain process, quality, safety, and productivity standards on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily production activities and production targets.

- Supervise operators and workers during production activities.

- Follow up on production plans and ensure timely completion.

- Monitor Plasma Cutting, Shearing, Punching, Fit-up, Welding, Assembly, and other fabrication processes.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, SOPs, and Work Instructions.

- Maintain daily production records and reports.

- Monitor machine and manpower utilization.

- Ensure machine check sheets are completed.

- Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and abnormalities and report them to seniors.

- Coordinate with the Quality Department for in-process inspection.

- Ensure proper material identification and movement.

- Support 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing,



and productivity improvement activities.

- Minimize rejection, rework, material wastage, and waiting time.

- Follow all plant safety rules and report unsafe conditions.

- Support senior engineers in process improvement and production monitoring.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/fabrication processes.

- Basic drawing reading.

- Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication.

- Basic MS Excel knowledge.

- Knowledge of SOP and Work Instructions.

- Basic understanding of 5S and Lean Manufacturing.

- Positive communication and team coordination skills.

- Willingness to work on the shop floor.

Education

- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience

- Production Engineering: 1 year (Required)
