Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Specialist role based in Delhi, India.
The Product
Specialist will support cochlear implant and hearing solutions by providing product demonstrations, clinical and technical guidance, and training to audiologists, clinicians, and channel partners. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting product-related issues, and ensuring a high standard of post-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Specialist will collaborate with the sales team to drive product adoption, participate in local events and workshops,
and gather market feedback to inform product improvements. Regular documentation, reporting, and coordination with regional and global teams will be part of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong product expertise and experience in Product Specialist or similar roles, with the ability to understand and explain technical and clinical features.
- Well-developed analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights for product and market development.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and effective collaboration with clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and maintaining long-term relationships with patients and professionals.
- Sales-related capabilities, such as supporting sales activities, identifying opportunities, and contributing to territory growth.
- Relevant education in audiology, biomedical engineering, healthcare, or a related field; clinical audiology or hearing industry experience is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in hospital and clinic environments, with willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, along with robust organizational and time-management skills.
