Role Description The Product Planning Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving the product roadmap for MG India’s vehicles.

Responsibilities, role, task & duties of position

· Product management and pricing strategy

· Product lifecycle planning

· Define detailed product specification & features

· Competition benchmarking & Feature value analysis

· Support product launch activities – Product Catalogue, Journalist review & launch

· Coordination with Engineering team for product development

· Market research for consumer feedback & product improvement

· Static/Dynamic analysis of product from consumer point of view

Educational Qualification, experience, skills & knowledge

· Bachelor of Engineering/Technology [Must], M.B.A. [Optional]

· 10-12 years of work experience in Product Planning

· Must be experienced with core passenger car product planning for a minimum 6-8 years.

· Proficiency with MS office tools

· Ability to work independently, Assertive & Flexible, Collaboration

· Valuable communication & presentation skills
