Role & responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to PAN India Sales and O&M; teams across water and wastewater treatment applications, including RO, ETP, raw water treatment, pretreatment systems, and ZLD.

2. Diagnose process issues, troubleshoot system performance, and recommend optimized chemical and operational solutions at customer sites.

3. Conduct technical audits and performance evaluations of treatment programs, including RO chemicals, ETP performance, and overall plant efficiency.

4. Plan and execute site trials, product demonstrations, and application studies to support product validation and business conversion.

5. Guide customers and internal teams on best practices for system operation, including pretreatment, CIP processes, biological treatment, and ZLD optimization.

6. Deliver structured technical training programs for Sales, O&M; teams, channel partners, and customers.

Support key account management through regular technical reviews, ensuring consistent performance and high customer satisfaction.

8. Collaborate with Sales teams to develop technical proposals, value propositions (CVPs), and customized treatment solutions.

9. Prepare detailed technical reports after site visits, including root cause analysis, performance data, and actionable recommendations.

10. Work closely with R&D; for current product development, product improvement, and commercialization based on field feedback and market needs.

11. Monitor industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities, and provide insights to strengthen market positioning.
