Description

Purchase Order (PO) Processing: Creating accurate POs and work orders based on approved requisitions and BOQ limits.Expediting & Delivery Management: Coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and site engineers to ensure materials arrive on site without disrupting project schedules.Material & Inventory Tracking: Monitoring material consumption in office, tracking inventory levels, and preventing stockouts or excessive overstocking.Invoice Reconciliation: Cross-checking vendor invoices against Delivery Challans (DC), weighbridge slips, and Quality Inspection reports before forwarding for payment.

Requirements

Civil Material Knowledge, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Tendering & Bidding: Proficiency in preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), comparative statements, and technical bid evaluations.Contract Management: Knowledge of standard construction contracts, work orders, payment schedules and statutory/regulatory compliance.
