Key Responsibilities – PRO (Referral Marketing)

- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

- Visit doctors regularly to generate patient referrals for Healing Hands Clinic.

- Educate doctors about the clinic’s treatments, services, and patient care.

- Identify and develop recent referral opportunities within the assigned area.

- Follow up with referred patients and ensure a smooth referral-to-appointment process.

- Maintain regular communication with existing referral partners and strengthen relationships.

- Track referrals, patient conversions, and follow-up activities.

- Achieve monthly referral and patient-conversion targets.

- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, referrals, and conversions.

- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure referred patients receive proper assistance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
