Academic

Leadership /n Provide overall academic leadership for the School of Nursing. /n Develop and implement academic plans aligned with institutional vision and nursing education standards. /n Ensure effective curriculum delivery, lesson planning, academic scheduling and assessment systems. /n Monitor teaching-learning quality and academic outcomes. /n Establish a culture of continuous academic improvement. /n Promote evidence-based teaching and contemporary nursing education practices. /n 2.

Nursing

Education & Clinical Training /n Ensure strong integration between theoretical nursing education and clinical practice. /n Develop structured clinical training and hospital exposure programmes. /n Monitor clinical postings, clinical competencies and student performance. /n Establish appropriate clinical supervision and mentoring systems. /n Strengthen partnerships with hospitals and healthcare institutions.



/n Ensure students receive adequate exposure to contemporary healthcare practices. /n 3.

Faculty

Leadership & Development /n Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding and deployment of nursing faculty. /n Establish faculty performance standards and appraisal systems. /n Identify faculty development needs and organise FDPs, workshops and training. /n Mentor faculty members and develop future academic leaders. /n Monitor faculty workload, attendance, academic performance and professional development. /n Encourage faculty participation in research, publications, conferences and professional forums. /n 4. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance /n Ensure compliance with applicable requirements of: /n Indian Nursing Council / applicable national nursing regulatory framework /n State Nursing Council /n University / affiliating authority requirements /n Government and statutory authorities /n Applicable accreditation and quality standards /n Maintain readiness for inspections, audits and regulatory visits. /n Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of statutory records. /n Maintain all academic, faculty, infrastructure and clinical training documentation. /n 5.

Administration /n Provide strategic direction for the overall functioning of the School of Nursing. /n Establish SOPs, policies, academic systems and administrative processes. /n Coordinate with HR, Finance, Administration, Admissions, Marketing and other Group institutions. /n Ensure effective utilisation of infrastructure, laboratories, classrooms and learning resources. /n Monitor operational efficiency and institutional discipline. /n Prepare and review periodic academic and administrative reports for Management. /n 6.

Nursing recognised by the applicable nursing regulatory authority. /n Valid registration as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (RN/RM) with the applicable State Nursing Council. /n Solid academic and administrative experience in Nursing Education. /n Desirable /n Ph.D. in Nursing or equivalent doctoral qualification. /n Additional qualifications in Education / Healthcare Administration / Management will be an advantage. /n Experience in institutional quality assurance, accreditation and regulatory compliance. /n --- /n Experience Requirement /n Principal / Director Level /n Minimum 15 years of total professional experience after M.Sc.
