About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to join Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. The role involves connecting with potential customers from provided leads, introducing Andromedas loan products and services, understanding customer requirements, and qualifying leads for the next stage of the sales process.

Principal Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.
- Introduce and explain Andromedas loan products and services.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, offers, and relevant information.
- Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on requirements.
- Schedule appointments or connect qualified prospects with the relevant team for further processing.
- Maintain accurate call logs, reports, and follow-up records in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and quality targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive calling experience.

Job Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, enthusiastic, positive, and target-driven approach.
- Valuable listening skills with a customer-focused attitude.




- Computer knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and relevant regional language(s).
- Ability to build rapport with customers and communicate information clearly.
- Strong follow-through, discipline, and willingness to work toward performance targets.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1+ year of relevant telecalling / telesales / customer interaction experience.
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
- Customer-centric, energetic, and professional in telephone conversations.
