Job Summary

We are looking for a Principal Mobile Security SME with strong hands-on experience in mobile application security testing, penetration testing and security research. The candidate should have deep knowledge of iOS and Android security , mobile application vulnerabilities, reverse engineering and security testing tools.

The role will involve performing security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, supporting security research and providing technical expertise for mobile applications, particularly in financial and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform mobile application security testing and penetration testing for iOS and Android applications.
- Conduct manual and automated security testing across mobile, web and infrastructure technologies.
- Identify and assess common mobile application vulnerabilities and platform-specific security risks.
- Apply security testing methodologies to applications in financial and enterprise environments.
- Perform mobile application reverse engineering and analyze application behavior.
- Work with mobile application security testing tools such as Kryptowire (QUOKKA), NowSecure and MobSF .
- Analyze application architecture, authentication,



authorization, data protection and communication mechanisms.
- Use programming/scripting skills to support security testing and research.
- Work with Java, Kotlin, Objective-C and/or Swift as required for mobile application analysis.
- Investigate complex security issues and provide practical remediation recommendations.
- Perform root-cause analysis and adapt known security testing techniques to unfamiliar scenarios.
- Clearly explain security functionality and vulnerabilities from first principles.
- Collaborate with development, application security and engineering teams to address identified security risks.

Mandatory Skills
- Mobile Application Security Testing
- Kryptowire (QUOKKA), NowSecure or MobSF
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in penetration testing or security research
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android security models
- Robust knowledge of mobile application vulnerabilities and security risks
- Hands-on mobile application penetration testing using manual and automated methods
- Experience with mobile application reverse engineering
- Programming/scripting experience in Java, Kotlin, Objective-C and/or Swift
- Experience in web, mobile and infrastructure security testing
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and security research skills
