The project:

Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Ahmedabad.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of design outputs, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and project objectives.
- Manage and develop high-performing teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and supporting professional growth through training.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants and delivery teams to drive integrated design solutions and project success.
- Provide clear progress reporting, facilitate design reviews, and represent the project in client meetings and workshops.
- Drive continuous improvement, business enhancement initiatives and contribute to bids and strategic business objectives.




- Build strong stakeholder relationships while supporting Mace’s commitment to net zero carbon delivery and sustainable outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in civil.
- Experience in the relevant field.
