Pre-Primary School TeacherJob Summary

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary School Teacher who can create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education and be able to make learning fun through creative activities and age-appropriate teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging lessons and classroom activities for pre-primary children.
- Teach foundational concepts through play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning.
- Create a warm, safe, and positive classroom environment.
- Conduct storytelling, rhymes, music, art & craft, games, and other creative activities.
- Support children's social, emotional, language, cognitive, and motor development.
- Observe and track children's learning and developmental progress.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Ensure proper classroom discipline and child safety.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, activity materials, and learning resources.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain classroom records and follow school policies and academic guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school management.

Requirements




- Bachelor's/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pre-primary/early-years teaching role preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
- Patient, caring, creative, and child-friendly personality.
- Ability to manage young children effectively.
- Basic computer and digital teaching skills are preferred.
