About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale Google Ads & Meta Ads for D2C and Lead Generation brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Handle full-funnel performance marketing for D2C & lead gen businesses
- Set up and manage tracking using GA4 & GTM, Meta Pixel, and CAPI
- Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and other key metrics
- Work as a Media Buyer, managing and scaling ad budgets efficiently
- Test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance

Requirements:

- Prior experience with D2C and/or Lead Generation brands
- Proven experience managing significant good ad budgets
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 & GTM
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
