We are looking for an Experienced Podcast Video Editor to edit high-quality Political, Business and Social Podcasts for digital platforms.
The candidate should be highly skilled in professional video editing, storytelling, pacing and short-form content creation and should be able to deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit long-form video podcasts professionally.
- Create engaging and visually appealing podcast episodes.
- Handle multi-camera footage and create smooth camera cuts.
- Add B-rolls, graphics, images, text, subtitles and relevant visual elements.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form clips from podcasts.
- Improve audio quality and synchronize audio/video.
- Remove unwanted pauses, mistakes and unnecessary portions.
- Maintain professional pacing and storytelling throughout the episode.
- Deliver edits quickly while maintaining high production quality.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of professional Video Editing experience.
- Proven experience in Podcast Video Editing.
- Experience with Political, Business,
News or Social content is highly preferred.
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of multi-camera editing.
- Excellent sense of cuts, pacing, storytelling and visual composition.
- Experience creating high-quality Reels / Shorts.
- Ability to work quick and meet strict deadlines.
- Good understanding of audio mixing and basic color correction.
- Marathi/Hindi content understanding will be an advantage.
Ideal Candidate We are looking for a professional and experienced editor who can work independently, understand the context of political and social discussions, and turn raw podcast footage into polished, engaging digital content.
Freshers are not preferred. Prior professional podcast/video editing experience is required.
