Key Responsibilities:

- · Responsible for Maintain all Production planning & activity.

- · Responsible for nutrition addition, harvesting, washing, homogenization, spray drying, packing.

- · Shall maintain compliance as per SOP, Quality Policy and compliance in relation to regulatory bodies’ legislation within Production department.

- · Shall check the maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment as per SOP and GMP norms.

- · Shall ensure the Qualification of the equipment and utilities related to Production department are performed and recorded with report.

- · Shall responsible to ensure that approved procedure available in the plant

- · Responsible to check Batch Production and Control Record.

- · Shall Communicate & Implement change as have directed through change control procedure.

- · Responsible for reporting Deviation, Out of Specification, and Non-conformance to Quality Assurance Department and shall involve in investigation and for implementation of corrective action

- · involve in the Market Complaint investigation

- · Shall maintain training system in Production department as per SOP for existing and new employees





- · Shall responsible to coordinate with other departments well in advance for smooth operation of the production activities.

- · Responsible for coordinating with Engineering & Maintenance Department for successful implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance program as per the schedule.

- · responsible to coordinate with Engineering & Maintenance Department in case of major breakdown and initiating Corrective Action and Preventive Action where appropriate.

- · Shall responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related paperwork and the provision of other information as requested.

- · Shall coordinate and communicate management regarding human resource requirements.

- · Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior.

- · Shall responsible to ensure Health & Safety compliance in Production department.

- · Responsible for Audits of regulatory &

certification bodies.
