- Lead and manage overall operations of the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Plant, ensuring smooth production, quality control, and timely dispatch of concrete.
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules based on project requirements and customer demand.
- Ensure production of concrete as per approved mix designs, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Oversee batching plant operations, production efficiency, equipment utilization, and resource management.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Dispatch, Procurement, and Project teams for seamless plant operations.
- Monitor raw material inventory including cement, aggregates, admixtures, and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, IS codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.




- Manage plant maintenance activities and ensure maximum equipment availability with minimum downtime.
- Monitor production costs, material consumption, wastage, and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Oversee dispatch planning, transit mixer operations, and timely supply of concrete to project sites.
- Conduct performance reviews, productivity analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to production, quality, dispatch, maintenance, and plant performance.
- Lead and develop plant teams, ensuring adherence to operational procedures, safety practices, and organizational objectives.
