The candidate will be responsible for plant operations, production, quality, manpower, cost control, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall plywood plant operations.

- Ensure smooth and efficient production planning and execution.

- Monitor production targets, productivity, wastage and operational efficiency.

- Lead and coordinate Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other plant departments.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and raw materials.

- Implement measures for cost reduction and process improvement.

- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.

- Manage and develop plant manpower and maintain discipline.

- Coordinate with senior management regarding plant performance, budgets and operational issues.

- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and company policies.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective actions.





- Drive continuous improvement, productivity and profitability of the plant.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: Preferably 10+ years in plywood/wood panel/manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of plywood manufacturing and plant operations.

- Proven experience in a senior managerial/plant leadership role.

- Excellent leadership, team-management and decision-making skills.

- Solid understanding of production, quality, manpower and cost management.

- Candidates currently working as Plant Head / General Manager / Unit Head / Senior Plant Manager will be preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
