Pawandeep Nirman LLP is looking for an experienced Planning & Billing Manager for our Railway Infrastructure Projects.
Location: Gorakhpur / Noida
Experience: 8–15 Years
Industry: Railway / Infrastructure / Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules, work programs and execution plans.
- Monitor project progress against planned targets and timelines.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports and MIS.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, BOQ, MB, measurements and billing statements.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, QS, Billing, Accounts and Commercial teams.
- Handle variations, extra items, deviations, escalation and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Railway Authorities, PMC/Consultants and subcontractors.
- Track project cost, quantities, productivity and billing progress.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of client bills.
- Maintain proper planning, billing and project documentation.
Candidate Profile
- B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in Railway/Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong knowledge of Project Planning, RA Billing, BOQ, MB, Quantity Surveying and Rate Analysis.
- Positive knowledge of MS Project/Primavera and MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, analytical and communication skills.
