Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with employers for placement opportunities.

- Coordinate candidate interviews, recruitment drives, and joining processes.

- Match trained/certified candidates with suitable job opportunities.

- Conduct candidate counselling and interview coordination.

- Maintain placement database, MIS, and regular reports.

- Coordinate with training and operations teams to achieve placement targets.

- Follow up with employers and candidates for successful joining and retention.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Employer engagement and recruitment skills.

- Positive follow-up and coordination abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred: Experience in skill development, placement, recruitment, apprenticeship, or Sector Skill Council projects.
