Role Description The Placement Officer role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

The Placement

Officer will coordinate and manage campus placement activities, including building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and industry partners, scheduling placement drives, and overseeing recruitment events. Daily responsibilities include counseling learners on career pathways, guiding them on interview preparation and industry expectations, and organizing training sessions to enhance employability skills. The role involves maintaining accurate placement records, tracking outcomes,



and preparing regular reports for internal stakeholders.

Officer will collaborate with internal teams to align training and education initiatives with current industry requirements and ensure a smooth placement process for learners.

Qualifications

- Strong campus placement and recruitment coordination skills, with experience in managing placement drives and industry partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with learners, recruiters, and academic partners.
- Career counseling and guidance skills to support learners in selecting suitable career paths and preparing for interviews.
- Experience in training and education-related activities, such as organizing employability workshops and soft skills sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple placement activities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools.
- Knowledge of current industry trends in technology and engineering domains is desirable.
- Prior experience in a similar placement or student affairs role in an academic or training organization is preferred.
