Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Placement Assistance role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves coordinating placement activities for learners, including maintaining candidate databases, matching profiles to suitable job opportunities, and scheduling interviews with partner organizations. The placement professional will regularly communicate with learners to understand their aspirations, guide them on resume building and interview preparation, and share relevant job openings.





Day-to-day tasks include liaising with corporate partners to understand hiring needs, organizing recruitment drives, and collecting feedback to improve placement outcomes. The role also includes supporting internal training teams with market insights, preparing placement reports, and ensuring a smooth experience for both learners and employer partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and hiring partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess candidate profiles, track placement metrics, and under trends.
- Candidates should possess Training and Coaching abilities to support learners with resume building, interview preparation, and employability skills.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting skills to source opportunities, manage selection processes, and coordinate with corporate HR teams.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of placement or talent acquisition processes, familiarity with EdTech or training environments, and proficiency in using CRM or placement management tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
