Job Summary

We are looking for experienced P&L; Heads to lead regional business operations, drive profitability, expand the loan distribution business, and build high-performing sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Financial Services, or as an Ex-Banker, with strong expertise in sales, team management, business development, and P&L; ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of regional Profit & Loss (P&L;) and business performance.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across the assigned region.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business and sales targets.
- Build, manage, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
- Generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Develop strong relationships with DSAs, channel partners, banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
- Monitor sales performance,



productivity, revenue, and key business metrics.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for regional expansion.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare regular business performance reports for senior management.
