We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to help design and deliver a structured rehabilitation program focused on improving strength, mobility, and functional recovery for patients with chronic knee and back conditions.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions for patients with orthopaedic and neurological conditions, utilising manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other clinically appropriate rehabilitation techniques that align with Betterways clinical protocols.

- Drive measurable improvements in patient mobility, pain, strength, balance, and overall quality of life through structured rehabilitation programs and regular outcome tracking through in-clinic, home-based, and tele-rehabilitation services.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, posture, movement patterns, and injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to maximise long-term recovery
- Collaborate closely with Betterway's multidisciplinary care team—including senior physiotherapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals—to deliver coordinated,patient-centred care and ensure continuity of treatment.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation, treatment records, progress notes,



and outcome measures through BW's technology platforms.
- Participate in continuous clinical learning, protocol refinement, and quality improvement initiatives to strengthen Betterway's physiotherapy practice.

Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognised institution.6+ months of clinical experience in a structured physiotherapy or rehabilitation setup with strong expertise in managing chronic musculoskeletal disorders, particularly knee pain, back pain, and movement-related dysfunctions.
- Freshers with robust foundational knowledge can also be considered.
- Good patient communication and counselling skills with sound clinical understanding of strength training, mobility improvement, posture correction, and functional rehabilitation.
- Experience in designing evidence-based rehabilitation protocols and treatment pathways
- Familiarity with SOP-driven clinical environments, patient documentation, assessments, and outcome measurement frameworks
