Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and passionate PGT Chemistry Teacher to teach senior secondary students. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to explain complex Chemistry concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Chemistry to Classes XI & XII as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver structured, concept-based lesson plans.
- Develop worksheets, assignments, question papers, and study materials.
- Conduct Chemistry practicals and ensure proper laboratory safety.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive examinations, wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions.
- Maintain academic records, lesson plans,



and student progress reports.
- Use digital tools and innovative teaching methods to improve student engagement.
- Participate in PTMs, faculty meetings, examinations, school activities, and academic planning.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.

Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory/preferred as per school requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry .
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English; Hindi communication skills will be an advantage.

Experience
- Prior experience teaching senior secondary classes (XI–XII) is preferred.
- Experience in a CBSE school will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong subject expertise and relevant teaching experience may also be considered.
