ABOUT THE ROLE

Lunar Wave LLC is looking for a dependable, organised and resourceful Personal Assistant who can also drive. This is not merely a driver position . The selected candidate will support the founder with daily travel, personal errands, scheduling, coordination and practical follow-ups that keep everyday life organised.

The right candidate should be trustworthy, proactive and capable of handling varied responsibilities without requiring constant instructions .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

- Drive the founder safely to the office, meetings, appointments and personal commitments.
- Plan routes, monitor traffic and ensure timely arrival at every destination.
- Manage calendars, appointments, reminders and the founder's daily schedule.
- Handle errands, purchases, pickups, deliveries and routine bill payments.
- Arrange travel, including flights, hotels and local transportation.
- Manage vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, fuel, cleaning and related records.
- Coordinate with household staff, vendors, technicians and service providers.
- Support property visits, paperwork, quotations and follow-ups.
- Organise documents, receipts, bills and basic expense records.
- Conduct basic online research and compare products, services and quotations.
- Make bookings and follow up with businesses, vendors and other contacts.
- Assist the founder's family with reasonable errands or transportation when required.
- Help with urgent or unexpected tasks when necessary.




- Occasionally assist with pet-related errands such as vet or grooming visits, transportation, food and medicine purchases.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal, family and business matters.

REQUIREMENTS-

- Valid driving licence and a safe driving record.
- Strong knowledge of Thane, Mumbai and nearby areas.
- Comfortable using Google Maps, WhatsApp, email and booking applications.
- Basic ability to use spreadsheets and organise digital information.
- Good Hindi communication skills; English and Marathi are an advantage.
- Presentable, punctual and disciplined.
- Comfortable around pets.
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Willing to undergo background verification and provide references.
- Flexible with timings when key or urgent work arises.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, based on experience and capability.
- Suggested structure: ₹30,000 during a two-month probation period, increasing to ₹35,000 based on performance.
- Fuel, tolls and parking covered separately.
- One weekly day off.
- Paid leave as per company policy.
