Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Marketing Executive with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our Game Development, Software Development, iGaming, and Art & Design Services verticals, with a strong focus on international markets such as the USA and UK.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a proven understanding of B2B/B2C lead generation and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns for Game Development, Software Development, iGaming, and Art & Design Services.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies for USA, UK, and other international markets.
- Manage Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, LinkedIn, and other relevant campaign formats.
- Develop and test ad copies, creatives, audience segments, and landing pages through A/B testing.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPL, CPQL, conversion rate, lead quality, ROI, and ROAS.
- Identify reasons for low-quality or irrelevant leads and implement corrective targeting and budget strategies.
- Build and manage remarketing campaigns, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
- Work closely with Design, Content, SEO, and Business Development teams to align campaign messaging and creative requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated with advertising platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.





Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven experience managing advertising budgets and achieving CPL, CPQL, ROI/ROAS targets.
- Experience targeting international markets, particularly the USA and UK.
- Agency or in-house experience in IT services, gaming, SaaS, B2B lead generation, or related industries is preferred.
