We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2-4 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising all paid media, owning the acquisition numbers, and improving conversion across our Shopify store.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Own and report core metrics weekly: ROAS, CAC, AOV and contribution margin
- Manage and improve the Shopify conversion funnel, including product pages, collections, checkout drop-off and cart recovery
- Set up and maintain the measurement stack: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, GA4, Google Merchant Center product feeds and UTM tracking
- Prepare creative briefs for the in-house design and content team based on campaign performance data
- Build basic retention flows over email and WhatsApp for abandoned carts, post-purchase and repeat orders
- Run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages and offers




- Support advertising on marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms as the business scales

Required Skills and Experience

- 2-4 years of experience managing paid campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands with demonstrable ad spend
- Hands-on working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Working familiarity with Shopify and its analytics
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build and interpret spend-to-revenue reports in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to write explicit creative briefs and evaluate ad creative performance
- Currently based in or willing to relocate to the Mohali / Chandigarh tricity area

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience advertising on Blinkit, Amazon or other marketplace and quick-commerce platforms
- Prior work in home, decor, lifestyle or art categories
- Basic design or video editing ability for rapid creative iteration

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
