About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Performance Marketing Executive with proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have worked in a marketing agency environment and be passionate about driving measurable results through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns achieve the best ROI.

- Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns for search and display networks.

- Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to create impactful ad copies and creatives.





- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing.

- Prior experience working in a marketing agency is mandatory.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, display advertising, and PPC campaigns.

- Solid analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
