Role: Customer Executive (CE)

Location: Darbhanga, Bihar

What We're Looking For

- FMCG Sales & Distribution experience
- Distributor Management experience
- Exposure to Secondary Sales, Route-to-Market and Territory Handling
- Experience in driving Numeric Distribution and Weighted Distribution
- Experience in outlet expansion, market execution and visibility initiatives
- Ability to coach and develop Sales Representatives (PSRs)
- Understanding of Distributor ROI and business performance management
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Outlook and reporting tools
- Knowledge of the local language would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Drive monthly secondary sales and revenue growth
- Expand outlet coverage and product availability
- Ensure distributor effectiveness and market execution
- Improve SKU penetration and visibility in the market
- Manage distributor health and Joint Business Plans
- Coach PSRs through regular market working
- Ensure timely deliveries, FIFO adherence and compliance standards
- Develop distributor capabilities and sales competencies
