We are looking for an energetic, well-connected, and people-focused Culture Manager to manage the overall vibe, guest experience, community engagement, and cultural programming across 3 restaurant/bar outlets in Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for creating a strong outlet atmosphere, building guest relationships, planning events, driving footfall, coordinating with artists/DJs/hosts/influencers, and ensuring every outlet feels active, relevant, and socially engaging.

The ideal candidate should understand nightlife, restaurants, guest behaviour, social media trends, events, and the Pune crowd. This role requires someone who can be present on the floor, connect with guests, support promotions, and work closely with the operations and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain the culture, vibe, and guest experience across all 3 outlets.
- Plan and coordinate weekly events, theme nights, live music, DJ nights, karaoke, comedy nights, ladies’ nights, quiz nights, brunches, and special promotions.
- Identify and collaborate with artists, DJs, hosts, influencers, communities, event partners, and local creators.
- Drive guest engagement by interacting with regular guests, VIPs, walk-ins, groups, and corporate clients.
- Build solid relationships with repeat customers and create a loyal guest community.




- Coordinate with the marketing/social media team for event calendars, reels, stories, posters, influencer visits, and content opportunities.
- Support outlet-level promotions to increase footfall on weekdays, weekends, and special occasions.
- Work closely with Restaurant Managers to ensure event execution, guest flow, table bookings, and service coordination are smooth.
- Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, social media comments, and guest preferences.
- Suggest new ideas for events, collaborations, offers, and experiences based on current market trends.
- Maintain an event calendar and share weekly updates with management.
- Be present during key events, peak evenings, and important nights to manage guest energy and experience.
- Ensure brand standards, music vibe, lighting, ambience, and guest-facing experience are maintained.
- Help create a fun, positive, and performance-driven team culture internally.
- Report weekly on events, footfall, guest feedback, collaborations, and improvement areas.

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior experience in hospitality, nightlife, events, guest relations, marketing, PR, community management, or restaurant/bar operations preferred.
- Strong understanding of Pune’s restaurant, bar, nightlife, influencer, and events scene.
- Good communication, networking, guest-handling,



and coordination skills.
- Should be confident, presentable, social, energetic, and proactive.
- Ability to build relationships with guests, artists, influencers, communities, and vendors.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night event schedules.
- Basic understanding of social media, events, promotions, and guest experience.
- Should be able to travel between 3 outlets in Pune as required.
- Must be organized enough to maintain event calendars, guest lists, booking coordination, and reporting.
- Two-wheeler will be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate / Hospitality / Event Management / Marketing background preferred.

Relevant experience in restaurants, bars, nightlife, events, or guest relations will be given priority.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
