Key Responsibilities

Payroll Operations- Bangalore - Bagmane

CTC: 5.50 to 6.50 Fixed - No Beyond Negotiations

Under Cielhr payroll for 1 year and extendable on performance based criteria

- Manage and resolve payroll-related tickets within defined SLAs.
- Respond to employee queries regarding salary payments, deductions, tax calculations, reimbursements, arrears, incentives, and payslips.
- Track recurring payroll issues and recommend process improvements.
- Handle queries related to gratuity, leave encashment, bonus payments, PF, and other statutory benefits.
- Coordinate with Payroll and HR teams to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements during the exit process.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll related employee queries.
- Escalate high-priority or sensitive issues appropriately and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Reporting & Compliance

- Track ticket volume, SLA adherence, backlog, and resolution metrics.
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards for management review.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete and accurate documentation.




- Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements and handling of confidential employee information.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of gratuity, PF, taxation, and labor law requirements.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, Shared Services, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Experience in a high-volume ticketing or shared services workplace preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Ticket resolution within SLA.
- Payroll query resolution accuracy.
- Timely completion of employee exits.
- F&F; settlement processing timelines.
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Compliance and audit adherence.
- Reduction in ticket backlog and aging cases.
