We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Payroll Executive/Senior Associate to join our Finance & HR team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day payroll activities, maintain employee records, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary calculations.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll and attendance records.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
- Assist with salary slips and payroll reports.
- Support statutory payroll activities such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
- Handle payroll-related employee queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure data confidentiality.




- Assist the Finance/HR team with payroll reconciliation and reporting.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of payroll and HR processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Willingness to learn payroll processes and statutory compliance.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 05 years of payroll experience will be preferred.
