About the Role

Fawrit Technologies is looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to manage day-to-day communication and coordination between our partners, riders, customers, and internal technical team.

The role involves handling conversations through WhatsApp and other communication channels, understanding issues and requirements, coordinating with the relevant teams, and ensuring that customer and partner concerns are followed up and resolved efficiently.

This is a people-facing coordination role that requires good communication, responsiveness, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate and coordinate with riders, customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Handle day-to-day communication through WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
- Understand customer and partner concerns and communicate them clearly to the relevant internal team.
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding app, platform, order, or operational issues.
- Follow up with the technical team and other stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved on time.
- Coordinate with riders regarding operational requirements, updates, and issues.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with partners and other stakeholders.
- Monitor ongoing conversations,



pending issues, and follow-ups.
- Ensure significant customer or partner concerns are escalated to the appropriate team when required.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations by keeping communication clear between all stakeholders.
- Work towards assigned performance and partner-management targets.
- Maintain basic records of customer, rider, and partner issues and their resolution status.

Requirements

- Good English understanding and comprehension.
- Good written communication and typing skills.
- Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp and other online messaging platforms.
- Ability to understand issues quickly and communicate them clearly to different teams.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks at the same time.
- Customer-focused and comfortable interacting with different types of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Prior experience in customer support, operations, partner management, or relationship management is an advantage.

Compensation & Incentives ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Additional performance-based incentives may be provided based on achieving assigned targets.
