- Recipe Execution: Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to guarantee consistency.

- Assembly: Assemble food and beverage orders rapidly while maintaining quality checks for freshness.

- Drive-Thru / Delivery Fulfillment: Package items neatly and hand them off to customers or delivery drivers efficiently.

1. Safety, Hygiene, &
- Sanitation

- Compliance: Strictly adhere to local health department guidelines and food safety regulations.

- Cleaning Duty:



Sanitize workstations, equipment, and dining areas before, during, and after shifts.

- Temperature &
- Storage:

Monitor holding temperatures and ensure all perishable items are labeled, dated, and rotated properly.

Restock serving stations, condiments, and packaging supplies, reporting shortages to management.
