Role Description The OSCP Certified Mentor will serve as a one month contract based instructor and guide at Techonquer’s Navi Mumbai location, supporting learners preparing for the OSCP certification and related offensive security paths.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering structured lessons, labs, and workshops on penetration testing, exploit development, and ethical hacking concepts. The mentor will review learner progress, provide constructive feedback on assignments and practice labs, and offer one-on-one guidance to help participants build strong technical and exam-ready skills. The role also involves creating and updating training materials, contributing to curriculum improvement,



and aligning content with current cybersecurity trends and OSCP exam requirements.

Collaboration with the broader training team, occasional content contributions for public channels, and active participation in community and cohort support sessions are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

- Valid OSCP certification and strong hands-on experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, and offensive security practices.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and teach diverse learners, including explaining complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Solid understanding of core cybersecurity domains such as network security, web application security, system hardening, and vulnerability assessment.
- Experience with common penetration testing tools and platforms (e.g., Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark) and scripting or programming for automation and exploitation (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Robust communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to design engaging labs, exercises, and learning materials.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a learner-focused mindset that supports people at different skill levels.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in cybersecurity or related technical fields is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate closely with Techonquer’s training and content teams.
