– Order To Cash (O2C) Specialist Position: Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist

About The Role We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing the complete O2C cycle. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of order management, billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and customer account management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process from order receipt through invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Handle sales order processing, order validation, and billing/invoicing activities.
- Monitor customer accounts, outstanding balances, and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform cash application and bank reconciliation activities.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and support collections and dispute resolution.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing/payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve O2C issues.




- Prepare and maintain O2C-related reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing in accordance with company policies and controls.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable and O2C.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash (O2C).
- Strong end-to-end O2C process knowledge is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, and Reconciliation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles related to AR and revenue.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is preferred.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
