About the role: Studio Covers is looking for a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Executive to manage the full order lifecycle - from the moment an order is placed to the moment it's delivered. This role keeps our D2C, marketplace, and B2B order pipeline running smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day order processing on Shopify

- Create and maintain accurate order sheets and tracking logs

- Manage marketplace listings and process marketplace orders

- Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for shipments and deliveries

- Track dispatch timelines and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues

- Maintain explicit order status records for the wider team

Requirements:

- Prior experience with Shopify order management (strongly preferred)

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple order streams at once

- Experience coordinating with logistics/courier partners

- Ability to work independently and problem-solve under time pressure

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
