We are hiring experienced professionals for Order Management, end-to-end Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Fulfillment Operations, along with team and delivery management experience.

Key Requirements

Order Management experience with end-to-end Supply Chain Management and Logistics.

Solid fulfillment operations and logistics experience.

Manage day-to-day fulfillment operations, transport planning, and carrier coordination.

Manage work allocation and queues to achieve SLA, productivity, and accuracy targets.

Oversee order validation and fulfillment execution.

Handle team performance, coaching, engagement, and productivity.

Ensure compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness of fulfillment activities.

Handle escalations related to logistics and fulfillment.
