- Order Management (JL3A) with end-to-end Supply Chain Management and Logistics experience.
- Important – Need Immediate joiners with 5.5 CTC only with 3 years exp.

JD for Reference :-
- Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations across transport planning and carrier coordination
- Allocate work and manage queues to ensure SLA, productivity, and accuracy targets
- Supervise onboarding, order validation, and fulfillment execution activities
- Coach team members and drive performance management and engagement
- Review fulfillment outputs for compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness
- Act as escalation point for logistics and fulfillment issues
- Perform RCA for recurring issues and drive corrective actions
- Govern training curriculum, work instructions, and SOP adherence
- Drive automation, process improvement, and change management initiatives
- Monitor freight audits,



carrier KPIs, and cost trends
- Participate in client meetings and service reviews
- Prepare dashboards and reports for management and governance forums
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Solid people and delivery management skills
- Proven experience in fulfillment operations and logistics
- Exposure to ERP, BI, and workflow tools
- Client-facing and stakeholder management capability
