Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, US/UK Payroll and Fast Formula .

The candidate should have strong functional knowledge along with hands-on configuration, troubleshooting and production-support experience. Big 4 MNC experience is mandatory .

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll .
- Work on US and/or UK Payroll processes and configurations.
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Fast Formula .
- Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM functional solutions.
- Analyze and resolve functional Payroll issues.
- Support testing, implementation, deployment and post-production activities.
- Participate in requirement gathering and client/stakeholder discussions.




- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and functional requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.
- Provide production support and resolve Payroll issues within agreed timelines.
- Follow Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.

Mandatory Requirements

- 6+ years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience .
- Strong hands-on US Payroll and/or UK Payroll experience.
- Fast Formula – Mandatory .
- Hands-on Payroll configuration, support and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll processes.
- Strong client/stakeholder management skills.
- Big 4 MNC experience – Mandatory .
- Strong collaboration with business, functional and technical teams.

Candidate Requirements

- Immediate to 30 days' notice period .
- Willing to attend the final interview face-to-face .
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant hands-on US/UK Payroll + Fast Formula experience.
