Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (Technical 80%-20 Functional)

- Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, including design, development, troubleshooting, and integration with downstream systems.

- Good knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI Reports, with the ability to develop complex reports, dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions to support business requirements.

- Good knowledge of Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Oracle Redwood (HCM)

- Valuable knowledge of Talent Management and Compensation modules, including configuration, business process support, eligibility profiles, performance management, succession planning, and compensation cycles.

- Good knowledge of HCM Security, including role-based access control, data security policies, security profiles, user provisioning, and troubleshooting security-related issues.

- Good knowledge of Fast Formulas

- Experience working on Oracle Fusion HCM technical integrations using HDL, HCM Data Loader and REST/SOAP APIs
