Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant Experience: 12+ YRS Location: PAN India Must-Have Skills:
- Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll - Payroll Configuration & Processing - Fast Formulas - Payroll Elements, Balances & Costing - Payment Methods & Payroll Flows - HDL, HCM Extracts - OTBI, BI Publisher Reporting - Payroll Integrations & Data Migration - Core HR integration knowledge Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.
- Manage payroll processing, deductions, earnings, balances, and costing.
- Develop and maintain Rapid Formulas.
- Handle payroll testing, UAT, defect fixes, and production support.
- Work on payroll integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
- Ensure payroll compliance and successful project delivery.
Preferred Experience: Implementation, rollout, upgrade, or AMS/support projects in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.
