Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations from requirements gathering to Go-Live.
- Understand business requirements and design effective FCCS solutions.
- Configure and work on FCCS, Business Rules, Calculation Manager, Data Integration, Smart View, and EPM Automate.
- Handle functional and technical solution design.
- Manage client communication, project deliverables, timelines, and quality.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide optimized solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, enhancements, and production activities.
- Guide and mentor technical/functional team members.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS / Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Valuable understanding of Financial Consolidation & Close processes.

- Knowledge of Groovy / scripting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.

- Experience with ARCS, TRCS, Planning, Narrative Reporting, or EDMCS.
- Oracle EPM / FCCS certification.
- Experience in leading FCCS implementation projects.
