Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting international students (OPT/CPT) and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of OPT/CPT hiring, visa processes, and a proven track record of placing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for various IT and non-IT requirements.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of OPT/CPT candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding OPT/CPT documentation, visa status, and work authorization.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients for closures.
- Work closely with the sales and delivery team to understand client requirements.
- Post job openings on various job boards, universities,



and social media platforms.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups to achieve closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in OPT/CPT recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, and other US work visa categories.
- Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
- Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with university career centers and international student groups.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Ability to work in US time zones if required.
