Position: Manager Department : Operations, Sales & Marketing Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Salary Range: Based on experience, skills, and interview performance Working Days: Monday to Saturday Weekly Off: Sunday Location: 305, Capital Tower, Sapna Sangeeta Road Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and result-oriented Manager who can independently handle and coordinate the overall Operations, Sales, and Marketing functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to monitor daily activities and ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities: Operations Management Manage and monitor day-to-day business operations. Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams. Monitor order processing, delivery, RTO, customer follow-ups, and operational performance.

Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions. Maintain proper records, reports, and daily operational updates. Ensure team discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other external partners when required.

Sales Management

Manage and supervise the sales/telecalling team. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor individual and team-wise sales performance. Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, orders, and revenue. Train and guide team members to improve sales performance. Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions. Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management. Develop strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Marketing Management

Coordinate and monitor digital marketing activities. Work closely with marketing agencies, influencers, and other marketing partners. Monitor leads generated through different marketing channels. Track campaign performance, lead quality, and cost efficiency.

Coordinate content, promotional activities,



influencer collaborations, and product campaigns. Suggest new marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and sales. Ensure proper coordination between Marketing and Sales teams for effective lead conversion.

Team ManagementLead, motivate, and manage employees across different departments. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members.

Maintain discipline and ensure professional workplace behaviour. Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure timely completion of tasks. Reporting & Management SupportPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales, Operations, and Marketing reports .

Present key performance updates to senior management. Monitor KPIs and take necessary action to improve overall performance. Assist management in planning, budgeting, and business growth strategies. Maintain confidentiality of company information and business data.

Compensation ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month , depending on the candidate's experience, skills, leadership capabilities, and interview performance .
