Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of medical billing and coding processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

The Operations

Manager will supervise and mentor team members, manage workload allocation, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements. The role also involves coordinating with physicians and their staff, resolving operational issues, maintaining quality control,



and collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives and operational planning.

Qualifications

- Operations management skills, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and process optimization in a service-oriented workplace.
- Experience in medical billing, coding, revenue cycle management, and familiarity with healthcare compliance and payer requirements.
- Team leadership abilities, including people management, performance coaching, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with physicians, staff, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with relevant billing software, practice management systems, and standard office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in medical billing or operations management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within healthcare services, medical billing, or a similar operations setting.
