We are looking for a well-spoken, proactive and highly organised Operations Manager to manage and oversee our corporate catering operations in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in catering operations, team management, client coordination and day-to-day execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership, solve problems quickly and ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations for corporate catering accounts and events.
- Coordinate daily catering requirements, schedules, manpower and logistics.
- Supervise catering staff, stewards, kitchen teams and support staff.
- Ensure timely preparation, dispatch and delivery of food as per client requirements.
- Coordinate closely with corporate clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Handle last-minute operational issues and ensure quick and effective resolution.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, presentation and service standards.
- Plan and allocate manpower based on daily orders and events.
- Coordinate with kitchen, procurement,



transport and other internal teams.
- Maintain operational checklists, reports and records.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
- Identify operational gaps and implement processes for improved efficiency.
- Visit client locations when required and ensure smooth execution of catering services.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in catering operations, preferably corporate catering.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; hospitality/management qualification will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very positive client-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
