About Anoud Technologies /n Anoud Technologies builds scalable, high-quality Insurance product solutions, partnering closely with global stakeholders and delivery teams. /n The Role /n Anoud is hiring an Operations Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of our Insurance product implementation for onshore/global clients, working out of our Chennai offshore team. This is an application implementation delivery role – the person will lead product configuration, rollout, and go-live delivery for insurance clients, not infrastructure or platform operations. Strong stakeholder management is core to this role, as the person will be the primary bridge between onshore business/client stakeholders and the offshore implementation team. /n Key Responsibilities /n 1.

Insurance Product

Implementation & Delivery Management /n /n

- Own end-to-end delivery of Insurance product implementations – configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live

/n

- Ensure implementation delivery consistently meets agreed SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and client expectations

/n

- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and governance across implementation and engineering teams

/n

- Monitor delivery performance, identify implementation risks, and initiate corrective actions

/n

- Drive delivery maturity through standardization, automation, process improvement, and implementation best practices

/n

- Ensure business-critical product rollouts have appropriate coverage, documented procedures, and escalation mechanisms

/n

- Maintain a strong focus on delivery quality, client satisfaction, and product reliability

/n

- Provide regular management reporting covering implementation health, risks, issues, and improvement initiatives

Stakeholder





Management (Core Strength Required) /n /n

- Act as the primary offshore point of contact for onshore/global client stakeholders and leadership

/n

- Lead client and internal governance calls, presenting delivery status, risks, and outcomes with clarity and confidence

/n

- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology

/n

- Own escalations end-to-end – rapid resolution, transparent and proactive communication

/n

- Manage expectations across multiple stakeholder groups (client, onshore leadership, offshore delivery team) simultaneously

/n /n 3. Team & People Management /n /n

- Manage and grow team leads and implementation/delivery managers

/n

- Own capacity planning and resource allocation across implementation projects

/n

- Build a culture of ownership and accountability; support career growth and succession planning

/n /n 4. AI-Enabled Delivery /n /n

- Actively use AI tools in day-to-day delivery work – reporting, status updates, documentation, risk analysis, and productivity tasks

/n

- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted workflows within the delivery team to improve speed and quality

/n

- Comfortable evaluating and recommending AI tools that can streamline implementation and operational processes

/n /n 5. Reporting /n /n

- Own weekly/monthly implementation reporting:



SLA adherence, delivery timelines, quality, risk status, and client feedback

/n /n Required Experience /n /n

- 12–16 years in IT Delivery Management, Implementation Management, or Insurance Technology Delivery

/n

- 6–8 years specifically managing offshore delivery/implementation teams reporting into onshore/global stakeholders

/n

- Mandatory: Experience delivering Insurance product implementations (policy admin, claims, underwriting, or related insurance platforms)

/n

- Proven, demonstrable strength in stakeholder management – client-facing experience is essential, not just internal team coordination

/n

- Comfortable using AI tools daily as part of delivery workflow (reporting, documentation, analysis)

/n

- Demonstrated ownership of delivery governance and KPI reporting
