Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, responsible for coordinating and overseeing the operational aspects of events and experiential marketing projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing event logistics, supporting project timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring that all operational elements meet quality and safety standards. The role involves tracking budgets and resources, preparing operational reports, and assisting in process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

The Operational

Specialist will also support pre-event planning, on-ground execution,



and post-event reviews to ensure seamless delivery across corporate, government, sports, and live event projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess Sales capabilities to support business development efforts and nurture client relationships where required.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to handle logistics, resource allocation, and on-ground execution of events.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple events and initiatives on time and within budget.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, event management, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in events, experiential marketing, or operations roles, along with proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing requirements, and be available for extended hours during major events is preferred.
