Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities between Operations, Finance, Accounts, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scope, deliverables, and execution.
- Coordinate with vendors for orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Maintain operational reports and trackers using MS Excel.
- Assist in operational and financial documentation, audits, and compliance.
- Support resource allocation, task tracking, issue resolution, and risk management.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, travel arrangements, and business schedules.
- Provide Executive Assistant support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, follow-ups, MIS, and documentation.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs, and management updates as required.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,



formulas, etc.
- Good understanding of finance and operational processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Eligibility

- Education: MBA
- Experience: 2+ years in Operations, Project Coordination, Material Management, or Executive Assistant role.
- Gender: Male, considering travel and field coordination requirements.
