We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Operation Executive to manage and support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of audiovisual (AV) and IT products at customer locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth field operations, timely service delivery, proper documentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, test, and commission Projectors, Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), Interactive LED TVs, CCTV Cameras, Video Conferencing Systems, and other AV/IT equipment.

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of installed products and systems.

- Identify and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, networking, electrical, and electronic issues.

- Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

- Conduct testing and verification of equipment after installation, repair, or maintenance.

- Provide basic product demonstrations and operational training to customers.

- Coordinate with customers regarding installation schedules, service visits, and technical requirements.

- Prepare and submit installation reports, service reports, work completion reports, and customer feedback.

- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and technical support team regarding complex technical issues, spare parts, and service requirements.

- Maintain proper records of installations, service calls, repairs, and equipment status.

- Ensure proper handling, maintenance,



and safe use of company tools and equipment.

- Maintain professional communication and good relationships with customers.

- Follow company safety guidelines, service procedures, and standard operating procedures.

- Travel to customer locations across Odisha for installation, service, and maintenance activities.

- Monitor and report daily work status to the Reporting Manager.

- Perform any other operational or technical duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

- 1–3 years of experience in field service, installation, technical support, or operations is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of computers, networking, electrical systems, and AV equipment.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.

- A valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
